LAGOS, Nigeria – The Labour Party candidate in the Apapa Federal Constituency, Mrs. Eunice Atuejide has raised alarm that thugs loyal to the All Progressive Congress, APC, have threatened to kill her for refusing to compromise the results of the election.
Atuejide who earlier uploaded video of INEC officials doctoring results at the collation centre in Apapa said the members of APC wanted to negotiate but that her refusal prompted them to threaten to kill her.
She said party agents should go to the collation centres and ensure that only the original results from BVAS are uploaded, stressing that to wait and go to court to prove that the LP won the election could be counter productive.
He said that LP will coast home to victory if original results from BVAS are uploaded.
In the video officials could be seen entering manual results with tippex into results sheets instead of from the BVAS machines.
