    Coronavirus claims 3,456 lives in the US amidst rising cases

    LAGOS, Nigeria – There are now 357, 381, 600  cases of Coronavirus pandemic worldwide, 5, 612,149 patients have passed on, while 9, 850,294, 423 doses of Coronavirus pandemic have been administered based on the latest statistics from the Centre for Systems Science and Engineering, Johns Hopkins University, Maryland.

    According to the centre, the United States remains the most afflicted country globally,  reporting 72, 054, 567  confirmed cases, while 871, 483 patients could not survive the pandemic(617, 302 new and 3,456 deaths#), followed by India, which has reported 39, 799, 202 total cases of the pandemic, while 490, 462 patients have perished(255, 874 new and 614 deaths#) and Brazil, which his documented 24, 142, 032  total cases of the pandemic, while 623, 636 other patients could not make it alive(87, 627 new and 266 deaths#).

    France remains the 4th country most afflicted, reporting 17, 420, 531 total cases of infections, while 130, 483 patients are no more alive(503, 311 new and  470 deaths#), followed by the United Kingdom, which has registered 16, 157, 583  all time infections, and 154,870 deaths(95, 992 new and 442 deaths#) and  Turkey, which has registered 11, 090, 493  total cases, while 86, 299 lives have perished(76, 341 new and 174 deaths#).

    Russia  is the 7th country most hit by the pandemic, reporting 11,055,246 all time infections, while 320, 844 lives have perished(67, 219 new and 666 deaths#), followed by  Italy, which has documented 10, 212, 621 total infections, while 144,343 patients have kicked the bucket(211, 277 new and 468 deaths#) and Spain , reporting 9, 395, 767  total infections, while 92, 376 patients are no more(114, 877 new and  382 deaths#),

    Germany is the 10th country most hit by the pandemic, reporting 8, 956, 528 total cases, while 117, 006 lives have perished(148, 230 new and 184 deaths#) and  South Africa, the most afflicted African  country.

    South Africa has reported 3, 585, 888 total cases, while 94,397 patients are no more (3197 ).
