    INEC declares Ifeanyi Okowa winner of Delta State governorship election

    ASABA, Delta, Nigeria – The Independent National Election(INEC) has declared Mr. Ifeanyi Okowa as winner of the just concluded governorship election in Delta State.

    Ifeanyi Okowa polled 925, 274 votes to defeat his closest rival, Great Ogboru of the All Progressive Congress(APC), who polled 215, 938 votes.

    Following the collation of results, Ifeanyi Okowa was declared elected.
