ABUJA, Nigeria – An Abuja High Court, sitting in Bwari today ordered Busola Dakolo, celebrity photographer and wife of R&B crooner, Timi Dakolo to pay the sum of N1million as cost to Senior Pastor of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly(COZA), Pastor Abiodun Fatoyinbo.

The court sitting in Bwari ruled that the cost should have been 10 times more and that Busola Dakolo and his legal team wasted the precious time of the court and dismissed the entire process.

Busola Dakolo had filed the suit in Abuja claiming that the pastor sexually abused her 16 years ago in Ilorin, Kwara State after she uploaded a video in which she revealed that the COZA pastor visited her home one morning while she was on night gown and pushed her on the sopha to have fun with her.

Pastor Fatoyinbo had severally denied the allegation claiming that it was nothing but a figment of Busola Dakolo’s imagination.
