The Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola said today that the state government has spent over N50 billion on repairs of Federal Roads in the state. The current crisis rocking the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has brought former military Head of State, General Ibrahim Babangida and former President Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo together. The Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola today handed over Oshorun/Ibeshe road to the two communities. The road is 7 kilometres in length built to a width of 15 metres, with provisions for drains, pedestrian walk-ways, service duct, interlocking paving stones, lay-bys, speed breakers and street lights with alternative power supply. Managing Director, Heritage Bank, Mr. Ifie Sekibo has announced that it will return 100 percent deposit to all those who can show proof of deposit in the defunct Societie Generale Bank (SGBN).
