Miss Anna Ebiere Banner was this evening crowned Most Beautiful Girl in Nigeria in far away Yenegoa, Capital of Bayelsa State. She was immediately appointed Special Assistant to the Bayelsa State Governor on Tourism by the Bayelsa State Governor, Mr. Sieriake Dickson.
Banner who is 18 has 34, 26, 39 as her statistics. She thanked her parents and the Silverbird group for making her the MBGN.
Miss Kaduna emerged 1st runner-up, Miss Imo 2nd runner-up, Miss Adamawa is the 3rd runner-up while Miss Abuja 4th runner-up. Other lucky winners at the event are Best Traditional outfit, which went to Miss Bayelsa, Miss Charismatic went to Miss Ogun, Miss Amity was given to Anambra State while Miss Photogenic went to Miss Kano State
Meanwhile, Dickson has promised to host all subsequent editions of the show in Bayelsa even as Silverbird announced that it is launching Silverbird Cinema in Bayelsa in October.
