PALESTINE – Palestinian Authority,(PA) has debunked the narrative put forward by the Israeli Defence Forces, IDF to the effect that the the Yazidi lady Fawzia Amin Sido was trafficked into Palestine and held captive by the Palestinian Resistant Movement, Hamas.
In a statement, the Media Office of the Palestinian Authority said the Yazidi woman was not 21 as the IDF projected and that the truth was distorted.
Besides, the PA said she was never rescued but that she approached the Palestinian Government from the government guest house where she was kept and provided with food on assistant to travel after her husband was killed by Israel.
The Palestinian Authority gave the following insights.
The Media Office of the Palestinian Authority gave the following insights.
“The Yazidi woman married a Palestinian young man from the city of Khan Yunis (south of the Gaza Strip) while he was participating in the fighting in the ranks of the opposition forces in sisterly Syria, and lived with him and his mother there, but after the young man was killed there, the woman traveled of her own free will with his mother to Turkey officially and entered through the official ports, then the woman moved with complete freedom to the Arab Republic of Egypt also in a completely legal manner, then after that she entered The lady went to the Gaza Strip and settled with her deceased husband’s mother.
” After several years, the Yazidi lady married her deceased husband’s brother, and lived with him for years before he was also martyred by the fire of the “Israeli” occupation in the genocide crime that the occupation is currently waging in the Gaza Strip.
“The girl went to the Palestinian government and asked it to secure her in a safe place after her husband was martyred, and the government responded to the lady’s request, and provided her with a private room in one of the government facilities in the southern Gaza Strip, and also provided her with all the requirements for accommodation, living and a decent life, from food, drink, bedding and clothing in full, and a specialized government team supervised her within the framework of her protection, as was the case with the protection of many foreigners who lived in harsh conditions during the genocide war.
“The honorable lady is (more than 25 years old) and not as the occupation claimed and lied, and she asked to communicate with her family because she began to feel unsafe in the Gaza Strip with the intensity of the bombing and barbaric targeting of the “Israeli” occupation, and she requested to be evacuated especially after the martyrdom of her husband.
“Indeed, after the lady communicated with her family, they in turn communicated with the Jordanian government, which in turn coordinated with the occupation to get her out through the Kerem Shalom crossing, where the Yazidi lady went from the government facility designated for her to the crossing herself with the knowledge of her husband’s family and the knowledge of the Palestinian government, and the occupation did not liberate her as it lied to public opinion and tried to mislead it in its false statement.
“The narrative that the occupation tried to promote is baseless, as the girl moved to Gaza through several airports and international ports officially, so how did she pass through all these airports and ports without being noticed by airport and port security in several countries, and then the occupation claims that she was kidnapped?!
We would like to emphasize that this occupation that lies to public opinion is the same one that killed her husband and turned her life into a real tragedy and she became a widow, as it killed him in a heinous, horrific and inhumane crime within a series of its crimes that affected every home in the Gaza Strip, including dozens of foreign nationals who were in the Gaza Strip eating and drinking with our honorable Palestinian people, but the occupation killed them brutally and in cold blood.
