LAGOS, Nigeria – A human rights crusader and former chieftain of the ruling All Progressive Congress, Senator Shehu Sani has said that governance in Kaduna State has collapsed, leaving the state to free reign of terrorists.
Shehu Sani who spoke on Twitter said Rev Fr. Donatus Cleophas Suleiman and Rev. Fr. John Mark Chietnum were kidnapped in Kaduna just yesterday, adding that the development marks another tragic phase in the security situation in Kaduna.
He said terrorists are having a field day with all the defence and security apparatuses established in Kaduna State.
“Yesterday’s kidnapping of Rev fr Donatus Cleophas Suleiman and Rev fr John Mark Chietnum in Kaduna marks another tragic phase in the security situation in our state.
“Terrorists are having a field day with all the defence and security apparatuses established in the state”, he said.
According to him, the major targets of terrorist in the state are students, farmers, passengers, Catholic priests and leaders of vigilantes.
