LAGOS, Nigeria – Embattled Senator, representing Kogi West, Mr. Dino Melaye has embarked on a show of mockery of the outgoing Inspector General of Police, Mr. Ibrahim Idris who is due to be replaced today by President Mohammadu Buhari. According to media reports, he will be replaced by Adamu Mohammed, who is from Nasarawa State.

Speaking on the planned retirement of the IGP, Melaye said whatever has a beginning has an end, adding that even after playing to the gallery in the quest to satisfy his pay master, retirement eventually came, “Goodbye, Mr. Ibrahim Idris”, he said to mock him.

“Wow, whatever has a beginning must have an end… So, after all the gra gra of our troublesome Inspector General of Police, and the overzealousness to please his masters instead of his country, retirement eventually came… Goodbye Mr Ibrahim Idris..”, he said on the social media.

Ibrahim Idris, according to media report is the worst IGP since Nigeria gained independence. His attrocities against the Nigerian Federation are documented here, including his national dishonours.
