LAGOS, Nigeria – Reno Omokri, aide to former President of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has mocked President Muhammadu Buhari and his anti-corruption war following revelation that ADC to the First Lady, Aisha Buhari took away donations in the name of the First Lady to the tune of N2.5 billion.

Writing on his social media page, Omokri said if the First Lady’s ADC could make N2.5 billion, he only wonder how much President Muhammadu Buhari’s ADC would have.

Besides, he also condemned reported purchase of N45 million presidential nomination form for President Buhari by ordinary Nigerians, describing the development as nothing but deceit.

“Is it not sad that if the First Lady’s ADC could acquire ₦2.5 billion? How much would @MBuhari’s ADC have made? They deceived us that ordinary Nigerians contributed ₦45 million to buy Buhari’s nomination forms. Now we know how those ‘ordinary’ Nigerians made the money #RenosDarts”, he said.

He also noted that at least 400 business have closed down in Nigeria due to economic policies of the present government and made it very clear that Nigerian needs a business friendly president.

He was reacting to reports that Aisha Buhari ordered the arrest of her own Aide De Camp, Sani Baba-Inna, a chief superintendent of police, for defrauding her.

Premiumtimes has reported that Mrs Buhari accused Baba-Inna of receiving huge donations to the tune of N2.5 billion from politicians and business people on her behalf and then kept the cash to himself.
