Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of an Ikeja Special Offences Court, Ikeja has fixed December 15 to rule on the admissibility of the confessional statement of Nollywood actor, James Olanrewaju, better known as Baba Ijesha.

A policeman attached to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Yaba, Lagos ASP Wahab Kareem has told an Ikeja Special Offences Court that Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju James alias “Baba Ijesha” has been fingered in another allegation of  child defilement.

LAGOS, Nigeria – It was another time for detailed revelation of the alleged sexual onslaught of Nollywood actor, Olarenwaju Omiyinka James better known as Baba Ijesha  against a minor at the Ikeja Sexual Offences Court on Tuesday.

Nollywood activist Yomi Fabiyi is in trouble over his film on the embattled Olanrewaju James Omiyinka, alias Baba Ijesha who is currently on trial over his alleged molestation of a 14 year old girl.

The embattled Nollywood star, Olanrewaju James Omiyinka on Thursday literally shocked many when he stormed premises of the Ikeja High Court where he is due for arraignment with 20 lawyers, including two Senior Advocates of Nigeria(SAN).

Life in prison has began in earnest for Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju James Omiyinka better known as Baba Ijesha as he was denied bail by a Yaba Magistrate Court where he was arraigned today.

Nollywood actor, Mr. Olanrewaju James Omiyinka better known as Baba-Ijesha has issued a disclaimer, saying that the former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association(NBA) Ikeja, Mr. Adesina Ogunlana is neither his lawyer nor has he been appointed to represent him.

Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju James better known as Baba Ijesha has been granted bail officially by the Lagos State Government.

Filmmaker, Yomi Fabiyi and many other Nollywood actors have made arrangement to stage a formally protest over continued detention of their colleague, Olanrewaju James, better known as Baba Ijesha.
