Afterwards, the Plateau United head coach, Zachary Baraje said he was satisfied with the result.

“Fantastic. It was a good game. The result stands no matter what I say and I take it. The result is okay,” Baraje told Rivers United Media. The Rivers United technical manager, Stanley Eguma also spoke after the game.I believe that the league is not over. If we keep working hard, we will maintain our position at the top till the end of the season. For today, it was a hard fought victory but my players did well under the circumstance.
