LAGOS, Nigeria – Hezel Oyeze Onou better known as Whitemoney was on Sunday crowned winner of the Big Brother Naija Season 6, tagged Shine Ya Eye. For emerging tops, he pocketed N30 million cash, 2 bedroom flat, and AVM SUV from Innoson Motors.
He is also entitled to a weekend get away in Seychelles in one of the best hotels, a trip to Dubai for two, one year of diary products, techno products, detergents and soft drink from Pepsi and other brands.
Whitemoney is a multitalented individual and hustler of the highest level. At 29, he has seen the bad, the good and almost everything life has to offer. He is already doing well in business. But he has slept under the bridge in Lagos, when he had problems with accommodation and sold goods in the hot sun in Lagos traffic.
He is an entrepreneur with so much love for music. Whitemoney who hails from Enugu State, believes he has a great aura and that his “swag speaks for itself”.
He is presently into import of designer shoes. He is a man who is down to earth, yet strategic. He is currently having the best of fun in the Big Brother Naija Season 6, showing the stuff he is made off.
Whitemoney, got his names for the fact he makes clean money has done very well in the Big Brother Naija house. He is very real, not pretending about his personality and very focus on winning the grand prize.
He came into the Big Brother Naija show like a servant, doing all the shores, cleaning the bathroom and toilet facilities. His finishing touches in the kitchen soon made him the masterchef of the Big Brother Naija, the way it has never been in the history of the television reality show.
He is well organized and adept in traditional and urbane meals, a development that soon made him the love of almost everybody in the house.
He could cook tasty meals with the least of ingredients, even when ladies who should know are found wanting. He is so organized, that he knows when to bring out refrigerated meals, so that the ice would melt in readiness for the next meal. He is the regular chef during the usual Friday wild parties, grilling fishes and chicken while other housemates are having the best of fun by the poolside.
While his knowledge of meals and organizational ability made him the cynosure of all eyes and love among some housemates, he equally secured hatred from Pere, one of the top runners in the Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye.
Whitemoney came into the finals with the likes of Pere, Emmanuel, Liquorose, Cross and Angel. But Whitemoney stands out among the lots.
Even as Head of House, he continued in his routine, not bossy, cleaning and preparing meals for fellow housemates. Prior to the finals, Whitemoney was nominated for eviction and polled over 40 percent of all votes to remain in the BBN house, leaving 60 percent for the five other housemates to share. Besides, he has been very clean, not messing around with most of the girls who would do just anything to sleep with him.
Whitemoney won himself into the hearts of many with the way he carried himself with a lot of humility in the Big Brother Naija show. Among his team of supporters were Don Jazzy, Obi Cubana, Destiny Etiko and a host of Nollywood actors.
These are people who have the money and influence to convince millions of their followers to vote for Whitemoney. Besides, he has the highest followers on Instagram, over 700,000 and still counting, besides other social media handles.
Most importantly, the majority of Nigerians were behind him, for representing Nigeria very well, hence his emergence as Big Brother Naija Season 6 Shine Ya Eye.
