ENUGU, Nigeria – Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force, serving in Nsukka, Enugu State Command have identified and arrested Obed Chekwube Ugwuanyi better known as MC Sharp(32), Chinenye Agbo often called Star Ella Ada (26), and Anastasia Onu (female), aged 26 for their alleged involvement in stripping of a lady in a viral video.
The three of them, and others at large, according to the police are involved in the viral video wherein Chinenye was seen being beaten, her cloth torn and stripped, and her hair forcefully shaved on the allegation of beating up Anastasia, who is Obed’s girlfriend, and giving her a human bite on the chest.
According to police, preliminary investigation reveals that the suspect claim that the video, which has generated public outcry, is nothing but a prank meant to garner followers for their social media accounts.
In a statement, Enugu State Police PRO, Daniel Ndukwe said Commissioner of Police, *CP Ahmed Ammani, while condemning the act, has ordered the State CID Enugu to thoroughly investigate and prosecute those found culpable, to serve as a deterrent to anyone who may want to perpetrate such an act under the guise of prank.
