Angola beats Namibia 3-0
ABIJAN – The Super Eagles of Nigeria this evening defeated Cameroon 2-0 to move into quarter finals at the Cote d’voire 2024 African Cup of Nations.
Both goals were scored in the first and second half by Lookman in the 36th and 90th minutes.
With the feat, Nigeria will now take on Angola in the quarter final pairing. But it was not a pushover game as anticipated by many with Victor Osimhen becoming a thorn in the flesh of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon.
