ABA, Abia, Nigeria – The leaderships and members of Ishiagu Development Union, Aba Abia state have endorsed the governorship candidate of All Progressive Grand Alliance APGA Prof Gregory Ibe for the 2023 general election .
They also endorsed all other APGA candidates in the state as their consensus Candidates come 2023. The endorsement followed a meeting held on Saturday between APGA chieftains and the group in Aba commercial city of the state on Saturday.
The meeting had in attendance, Senator Enyinanya Abaribe, Alex Ikwuecheigh, Hon Ikechukwu Anyiam (Saito), and APGA representative in Aba.
Addressing chieftains of APGA at the meeting, Chairman of Ishiagu Development Union Chief Onu Gilbert Uka described Prof Greg Ibe as the best candidate for the job come 2023. He assured that they will mobilise resources to ensure the emergence of Prof Greg Ibe as the next governor of Abia State.
According to him, Prof Ibe and APGA represent the new face of Abia state, urging Abians to massively vote for every candidate of the party for good of the state.
Prof Greg Ibe represented by Chief MacDonald Ogoke thanked the good people of Ishiagu for their wise decision to support him and other APGA candidates in the state.
