BERLIN – Hoffenheim announced on Wednesday that they have successfully extended their contract with their leading goal scorer, Maximilian Beier, until 2027.

The Bundesliga club expressed their satisfaction with this development, with managing director Alexander Rosen stating, “Maxi is currently one of the rising stars in German football.

“We are delighted that we could collaborate with him on this decision, furthering his sporting career with Hoffenheim.”

Reportedly, multiple English clubs had shown interest in securing the player’s services. However, Beier shared his contentment with his current club, saying, “I feel on top of the world at Hoffenheim, greatly appreciated.

“I am confident that I can continue to progress significantly within this environment.” So far, Beier has managed to score six goals in eight Bundesliga games.
