    Hamas releases 7 Israeli captives

    IKEJA, Lagos – The Islamic Resistant of Palestine, Hamas has released seven captives which they held in custody since October 7, 2023. 

    They were released in two places, Northern Gaza and Khan Younis.

    The seven captives includes the three captives earlier promised now released by the Al-Qassam Brigade, an arm of Hamas to the International Committee Red Cross, ICRC.

    Among ecaptives which were released with a lot of funfare are Arbal Yehud, Aham Berger and Gadi Moshe Moses

    In a press statement, the Israeli Defence Forces, IDF said information communicated by the Red Cross, shows that seven hostages, including two Israelis and five foreign nationals, were transferred to them and are on their way toward IDF and ISA forces in the Gaza Strip.

    In another statement, IDF said the Seven Returning Hostages Have Just Been Transferred to IDF and ISA Forces in the Gaza Strip

    “The seven returning hostages are currently being accompanied by IDF special forces and ISA forces on their return to Israeli territory, where they will undergo an initial medical assessment.

    “The commanders and soldiers of the Israel Defense Forces salute and embrace the returning hostages as they make their way home to the State of Israel”, Rear Admiral Daniel Hagari said.

    The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit asks everyone to respect the privacy of the returning hostages and their families.
