KERCH, Crimea – Not less than 18 teenage students have been killed when an 18 year old suspect stormed a technical school in Kerch, Crimea and opened fire on the students. We gathered that the technical school is a vocational centre where about 850 teenagers are undergoing training.
The assailant who has been identified as Vladislav Roslyakov according to official sources died by gunshot. It is not clear if he shot himself.
Russian investigators at the scene of the attack said the 18 year old boy killed himself after wasting the lives of 18 others. So far, the Russian authority have described the incident as mass murder. Russian Defence Minister, Sergei Shoigu told the local media that about four military planes are on ground to evacuate the wounded students to military hospital facilities were ready to accept victims.
Speaker of the Russia-backed Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov has alleged that Kiev may be behind the attack and that “the entire evil inflicted on the land of Crimea is coming from the official Ukrainian authorities.
President of Russia, Vladimir Putin described the attack as a tragedy.
