YAOUNDE, Cameroon – The Football Federation of Cameroon today dismissed the pair of Clarence Seedorf and Patrick Kluivert from the national team of Cameroon.
Clerence Seedorf was until this moment coach of the senior team of Cameroon while Patrick Kluivert was his assistant. They were sacked after the team suffered a shocking defeat from Nigeria.
Cameroon came into the AFCON 2019 as defending champions but put up a not too impressive performace during the tourney.
Cameroon lost 2-3 to the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Seedorf, from Netherlands and his assist won just three games since taking over the Indomitable Lions alongside Kluivert in August 2019. He played 9 games.
