Hezbollah to Netanyahu: Your defeat is inevitable

Well, this is their problem, while we are targeting Zionist military sites, they are targeting tents, buildings and civilian areas because they are cowards. BEIRUT, Lebanon – The Islamic Resistance in Lebanon, Hezbollah has said that the defeat of the Prime Minister Netanyahu-led Israeli Defence Forces, IDF is inevitable.

Newly elected Secretary General of Hezbollah, Naim Qassem who spoke for the first time after his election described the current battle as the ‘Battle o the Fierce’, “We are fierce and you will be defeated because this is our land”, he boasted.

He said that while Netanyahu said there will be victory,  but that “Your victory is inevitable”, he said, adding that Israel is already saying that they are near to completing their war objective.

According to him, this is scope, “as we were victorious in 2006, we will be victorious now’, he said, adding that “We are ready to fight a very long and hard war, time is our side”.

To those on Lebanese TV and elsewhere who are already fantasizing about what they will do after Hezbollah is weakened, he said this:  “ I tell them,  does it look like we are weakened. The Americans 100% support Israel but they disagree with some of the tactics of Netanyahu”, he said, adding that the U.S. election may not change the statusquo.

“But if the Israelis want to stop the war, we will accept.  But we will not beg for ceasefire, now will we talk directly to the Israelis”, he said, adding that for now Hezbollah is yet to consider or entertain any of Israel’s proposal for a ceasefire.

“The era of victory has come, God willing”, Naim Qassem said and that Hezbollah emerged stronger after the pager attack in an extraordinary way.

“If any other army had suffered 3,000 casualties, although  it of course contained many civilians, it would have broken their back”, he said stressing that while the death of their leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah was a loss and the resistance is indeed in deep pain,  the victories on the ground are proving that Hezbollah has risen once again, and pronounced, “Hezbollah is large and cohesive, stressing that Israel is underestimating the new generation of leaders.

“Our field leaders are experts and have experience on the front and in Syria”, acknowledging that there are however technical issues but, “We say to Israel, already are you already done? Don’t you want to reach the  Litani or at least go a little bit deeper into Lebanon? You haven’t even managed to gain a single victory. They lie about their human rights and Western values, they only believe in these rights when it comes to themselves. The West is worthless, it is the absolute scum of mankind, with these actions is doing and allowing. We are now in full scale war on Lebanon,  which started with the pagers”, adding that Iran remains their only supporter.

He said that between 2006 and 2023, Israel committed 39,000 violations of Lebanese airspace and other violations and therefore it is wrong  to say that Hezbollah provoked the war.

“You cannot say that Israel was provoked, they  continuously provoked us”, he said and that Israel planned major attacks on Hezbollah on October 11^th, 2023, three days  after Hezbollah entered the war but that the US told them not to but that the intention was there.

He asked: “Should we have waited for the Israelis to attack us regardless?  We took initiative and decided to get involved and set up a support front on October 8”, he noted, adding that this is not simply  an Israeli war on Gaza and Lebanon, “ this is American-Israeli world war to eliminate our people from the entire region. We cannot stand and watch while 39,000 are martyred in Gaza, while tents of the camps are being burnt”, he said.
