LAGOS, Nigeria – R &B crooner, Innocent Idibia, alias 2Face is to speak on Take the future: Youth participation in governance as part of effort to prepare the youth to take part in politics ahead of the 2019 general election.The continuous positive engagement of the youth required for the construction of the Nigeria of our dreams necessitates the special appearance of music legend Innocent Idibia AKA 2Baba as keynote speaker at the inaugural Transformers Youth Development Initiative Seminar.
The one-day seminar also features as speakers, respected good governance advocate and executive director, EiE, Yemi Adamolekun, creative entrepreneur and development enthusiast, Efe Omorogbe and top rated music producer, Gospel on de Beatz.
The event is taking place 22nd March at Leila’s Place, 44 Okeho Street, Ire-Akari Estate, Isolo, Lagos. Idibia and Efe Omorogbe through ‘The 2Baba Foundation’ have been active in mobilizing young Nigerians towards positive engagement through projects like the widely successful “Vote Not Fight: Election no be War” campaign. Similarly, Yemi Adamolekun through “RSVP”, “Office of the Citizen” and other Enough is Enough vehicles, has been at the forefront of mass mobilization of Nigerians at various levels. Along with ace producer, Gospel on de Beatz, the resource team promises participants an exciting and impactful experience.
