GAZA, Palestine – The Israeli Defence Forces, IDF has target Youmna el Sayad, a female journalist working for Al Jazeera television station asking her to evacuate Gaza city and move south or die in Gaza.
This is coming after wiping off the family of Al Jazeera Journalist, Wael Dahdouh . So far, the IDF has killed Palestinian 35 journalists on duty since the October 7 attack on Israel.
Youmna El Sayad said officials of the IDF called her husband with a private number at around 10:30 am local time and ordered him to take his family and move south of Gaza, with heavy military presence everywhere.
“Take Your family and move to the south immediately with your family”, the caller, said, adding that the whole area will be in danger and that she should either leave or die.
The journalist who was speaking on Al Jazeera said that there are about six families living in the area who have confirmed that did not receive any of such call, asking them to evacuate South of Gaza.
She said this one call has thrown inhabitants of the area into confusion, without many feeling suspicious of her, alleging that she has become the reason for IDF to bombard the area.
