LAGOS, Nigeria – Globally, there are now 376, 493,377  total cases of COVID19,  5, 669, 423 patients have passed on while 9, 974, 666, 101  doses of Coronavirus vaccines have been administered based on the latest statistics from the Centre for Systems Science and Engineering, Johns Hopkins University, Maryland.

According to the centre, the United States remains the most afflicted country, reporting 74,741,586  total cases of infections, while 885,801 patient have been killed by COVID19, followed by India, which has reported  41, 302,440  all time cases and 495, 050 deaths and Brazil, now reporting  25, 360, 647 cases, while 627, 150 patients have passed on.

France remains the 4th country most afflicted by COVID19, reporting 19, 266, 480  all time infections, while 131,937 patients  are no more, followed by the United Kingdom, which has documented 16, 582, 317  total cases, while 156, 223 patients could not make it alive and Russia, which has registered 11, 670, 366 total cases and 324,672 deaths.

Turkey  has come up as the 7th country most afflicted with 11,619,  882 total cases and 87, 416 deaths from COVID19, followed by  Italy, which has reported 10, 983, 116 total infections, while  146, 498 patient are no more and Spain, which has registered 9, 961, 253 all time cases, while  93, 225 patients are now dead.

Germany  remains the 10th country most hit with 9, 896, 845 total COVID19 cases, while 117, 825  patients are no more and South Africa, which has reported 3, 605,222  total cases of the pandemic, while 95, 093 lives have perished from COVID19.
