LAGOS, Nigeria – Nollywood actor, Mr. Olanrewaju James Omiyinka better known as  Baba-Ijesha has issued a disclaimer, saying that the former Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association(NBA) Ikeja branch, Mr. Adesina Ogunlana is neither his lawyer nor has he been appointed to represent him.

Baba Ijesha who is currently on bail issued the statement following earlier utterance by the former NBA chairman that  the actor was his client and that he was speaking for his client when he spoke about Baja Ijesha bail and sundry issues.

But in a swift statement, Baba Ijesha  thanked all his friends, fans and well wishers around the world for their immerse support, prayers and genuine love bestowed on him  during his detention  for child abuse of 14 a year old girl.

“I want to use this medium to inform the general public that one MR. ADESINA OGUNLANA who has been parading himself as Baba-Ijesha (Olanrewaju James Omiyinka’s) Lawyer is not my Lawyer.

“I wish to state categorically and emphatically that I’ve never briefed the Lawyer nor instructed him to act on my behalf in any way or manner howsoever and  whatsoever.
