LAGOS, Nigeria – The son of former Vice President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar has tested positive to the COVID-19, Coronavirus pandemic.
The former Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), made the revelation on the social media.
Atiku Abubakar said he was informed about the development by the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control(NCDC), adding that his son that tested positive to the COVID-19, Coronavirus pandemic has been moved to Gwagwalada Specialist Teaching Hospital, Abuja for treatment and mangement.
While urging Nigerians to stay safe, he said he will appreciate prayers for quick recovery of his son.

“My son has tested positive to coronavirus. @NCDCGov has been duly informed, and he has been moved to Gwagwalada Specialist Teaching Hospital in Abuja for treatment and management.
“I will appreciate it if you have him in your prayers. Stay safe, coronavirus is real. -AA”, he said.
