Bomb blast in Borno

June 5, 2015 – Not less than 10 people are feared to have been killed in Yola, Adamawa State Thursday evening by suspected members of the radical Islamic sect, Boko Haram.

The target was Jimeta Market and  it  occurred around 7.30 pm, when many traders were closing their shops after making sales all day.

The set also attacked Maiduguri, Borno State capital with the assailant reportedly chanting Sai Buhari before detonating his explosives.

The sect has killed and maimed over 15,000 Nigerians from the outset and it is coming just a day after Amnesty International called for sack of top ranking Nigerian military officials for alleged massacre of people suspected to be members of the sect in the North-east.
