    LAGOS, Nigeria – Two players of Rangers Football Club today died when the car conveying them crashed into a truck.

    The two players, Ifeanyi George and Emmanuel Ogbu died on their way to Lagos.

    Thier vehicle, an M35 Infinity car crashed under a stationery struck. The players, we gathered were traveling to Lagos for holiday, as a result of the club break occasioned by the Coronavirus pandemic.

    “We are shocked to hear of the sad passing of striker Ifeanyi George and Emmanuel Ogbu players of @rangersintBoth players were involved in a fatal auto crash earlier on Sunday.

    “Our prayers and thoughts are with their families and Rangers’ Mgt. May their souls Rest In Peace”, Rangers FC said.
