At least two people have been confirmed killed this morning when plane in the fleet of Associated Airlines, Thursday, crashed at the Local wing of the Muritala Muhammed Airport, Ikeja, Lagos.

We gathered that the plane crashed near the cargo wing, while taking off enroute Akure, Ondo State. Twenty people were said to be on board the Akure-bound flight.

While confirming the report, an official of the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA said two people were killed in the crash.
