LAGOS,  Nigeria – Nollywood actress, Anita Joseph seems to have moved into the realms of motivational talks and she is damn serious about.

Nollywood actress, Anita Joseph says you need to refocus when thing seems hopeless

The actress who is also into modeling today uploaded her photographs in beautiful tracksuit but with luggage packed like  a traveler to illustrate the message intended.

With her two hands fixed on her forehead with a steady gaze at a particular direction, she said her message is for whoever is currently experiencing some economic meltdown and for her, it will be counter productive  to begin to harbour negative talks about yourself or about whatever you are doing.

Anita Joseph said you must not forget that you are human, stressing that it is natural that things will sometimes go the wrong way.

Her advice is that you should not just unpack and leave. Anita Joseph said it is human if you decide to shed some tears at least to ease off the tension but that what it requires is for you to refocus on where you are headed.

“I don’t know who needs to hear this. When you’ve had a bit of a meltdown and you feel negative about yourself …

Don’t forget you’re human and it’s ok to have a meltdown.. Just don’t unpack and live there.. Cry it out it’s also ok to 😢 a lil

Then refocus on where you’re headed. I hope this helped someone today only if you will read”, Anita Joseph said.
