IRAN has issued a terrifying “unforgivable” warning to Israel and its secret collaborators, vowing that those helping the “Zionist regime” will be “held to account” in a major escalation of Middle Eastern tensions.
In a social media broadside that has sent shockwaves through Western intelligence agencies, Sayyed Abbas Araghchi, a key figure in Iran’s diplomatic and security apparatus, claimed that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has finally “publicly revealed” a secret plot that Tehran’s spies have been tracking for years.
The chilling message, posted to X (formerly Twitter), pulls back the curtain on the shadow war currently raging between the two regional superpowers.
Araghchi warned that any nation or group seen to be “colluding” with Israel to destabilize the Islamic Republic is making a “foolish gamble” that will end in severe retribution.
”Netanyahu has now publicly revealed what Iran’s security services long ago conveyed to our leadership,” Araghchi stated, hinting at covert operations or intelligence leaks that Tehran claims to have intercepted.
The Iranian official did not mince words regarding those standing alongside the Israeli Prime Minister, adding:
”Enmity with the Great People of Iran is a foolish gamble. Collusion with Israel in doing so: unforgivable. Those colluding with Israel to sow division will be held to account.”
The “unforgivable” label is particularly significant in the lexicon of Iranian diplomacy, often serving as a precursor to more aggressive military posture or the activation of “proxy” networks across the region.
Background: A Region on the Brink
This latest outburst comes at a time when the Middle East is a powderkeg.
For decades, Iran and Israel have engaged in a “gray zone” conflict—a series of assassinations, cyberattacks, and maritime sabotage that avoided all-out war. However, the rhetoric coming out of Tehran suggests the rules of engagement are changing.
The reference to “sowing division” is widely seen by analysts as a swipe at the Abraham Accords and the growing, often secret, security cooperation between Israel and several Sunni Arab nations. Tehran views these burgeoning alliances as an “existential threat” and a betrayal of the Palestinian cause.
Intelligence sources suggest Araghchi’s comments may be a response to recent Israeli operations targeting Iranian nuclear facilities or high-ranking military officials in Syria.
By claiming that Iran’s security services “long ago” knew of these plots, Tehran is attempting to project an image of strength and omniscience, even as it faces internal economic pressure and external military threats.
Benjamin Netanyahu has long been the primary antagonist in Tehran’s narrative. The Israeli leader has consistently lobbied the international community to take a harder line against Iran’s nuclear ambitions, famously using visual aids at the UN to illustrate how close he believes the regime is to a “red line.”
Araghchi’s claim that Netanyahu “publicly revealed” a secret truth likely refers to recent Israeli statements regarding their ability to strike anywhere in Iran. For the Iranian leadership, this is proof of what they have told their people for years: that Israel is the primary engine of instability in the region.
London and Washington will be monitoring the situation closely. The threat to hold collaborators “to account” puts immense pressure on regional players who have sought a middle ground between the two rivals.
”This is classic Tehran posturing, but with a sharper edge,” said one Middle East security expert. “By calling the cooperation ‘unforgivable,’ they are essentially saying there is no way back for those countries. It’s a warning: stay away from Israel, or face the consequences.”
As the war of words intensifies, the world watches to see if this “foolish gamble” will lead to a jackpot of peace or a total regional collapse. For now, the message from Iran is clear: the gloves are off, and the list of enemies is growing.
