Nigeria, May 18, 2016 – Two Rivers State based journalists, Kelechi Nwaucha of Independent Monitor and Polycarp Nwaeke of weekly State Newspapers were amongst participants who won trip to Dubai at the Dubai Tourism Road shop.
The two journalists and others will have free flight ticket sponsored by Rayna Tourism to Dubai City, Ticket to Dhow cruise Dinner at Dubai creek and ticket to Desert safari as well as enjoy other fantastic offers from Emirate airline, Emirates Resort suits and other products and gifts from other agencies in Dubai.
Nwauche and Nwaeke who were excited when their names were announced as winners of the raffle draws were participants at the workshop which was sponsored by the Dubai Tourism Board to showcase Dubai Hotels, Holiday Resorts, Parks and airlines to Nigerian travellers.
Rayna Tourism would sponsor the two journalists ticket to Dubai city tour, Ticket to Dhow Cruise creek dinner at Dubai Creek and ticket to Desert Safari while other companies Like Emirates Airline, Emirate Holiday Resort, Connect World Tour, Lion and Gazelles Tour, Arabian Falcon and The Address Holiday Resorts would sponsor other products which were won by participants.
While announcing winners of the raffle draw after the end of the Dubai Tourism workshop, the Regional Director Africa of Dubai Tourism Board, Mrs Stella Fubara Obinwa, commended the winners and assured that they will enjoy the products being offered by the stakeholders, noting that the idea was to inspire Nigerians to always come over to Dubai for all their vocations and other business trips.
Obinwa noted that the idea of the workshop was to bring Dubai to Nigeria and allow travel agencies to sell Dubai to Nigerians, adding that the forum also created avenue and opportunities for travel agencies, Nigerian business tycoons to have direct contact and access with Dubai Companies and create better business environment.
Some of the offers won by participants includes trip for families, Hotel accommodations for families of four, flight for couples and various sightseeing sites that would make families happy and be together.
