Lagos, May 26, 2016 – Nigerian music legend 2Baba better known as 2Face Idibia alongside Kenya’s sensational Sauti Sol, top comedian Churchill and Tanzania’s pop princess Vanessa Mdee are set to thrill Kenyan fans in a night of mind-blowing entertainment.
Tagged Buckwyld ‘n’ Breathless: The Disruption African tour concert kicks off with its first stop in Nairobi, Kenya (June 11th, 2016, at Carnivore, Simba Saloon), from 6:00 p.m. till dawn. Guest performance at the Nairobi concert will include Nigeria’s premiere comedy brand Alibaba and Kenyan star comedian, MC Jessy.
This year, Buckwyld ‘n’ Breathless: The Disruption brand returns bigger and more audacious as Kenyans have the luxury of getting the first experience. It will be an avenue for “dynamic, deep and salient” connection for the fans from their favorite entertainers all-over Africa.
Other concerts will be held in Nigeria (September 3rd, 2016), Ghana and Tanzania (both dates to be announced). The news of the return of the critically acclaimed concert experience came in May 3rd.
On May 3rd, 2Baba and co-headliner for the Lagos, Dar es Salaam and Accra legs, MI Abaga, surprised on-air personality Olisa Adibua and listeners on The Beat 99.9 FM with news of the concert.
The concert is put together by Buckwyld Media with the support of Phat Production, Laugh Industry, Sauti Sol Entertainment and Africa Play.
