    LAGOS, Nigeria – TOPCOMM PR Concept & Events, a Lagos based Public Relations and Events Management Agency has signed a strategic business partnership agreement with Webloft Concepts, leading digital and Creative Marketing Agency to provide expert 360° degrees Public Relations communication campaigns for clients.
