LAGOS, Nigeria – President Bola Tinubu has appointed former Commissioner for Transportation in Lagos, Dr. Kayode Opeifa as Managing Director of Nigeria Railway Corporation.
Dr. Opeifa, a seasoned transportation expert built a distinguished career marked by impactful reforms.
As Commissioner, he introduced policies that significantly improved public transport and traffic management in Lagos, one of Africa’s busiest cities.
