It was an impressive weekend at the Hollywood box office with Thor: The Dark World taking the lead for the second time in two weeks.

However, Bad Grandpa is number 5 at the box office during the week. Put together for distribution by Paramount pictures, Bad Granpa made $7,670 million after having exhibition in 3,190 cinemas to make it to that position. At number 4 is the film, Free Birds.

Produced by Relativity Studios, Free Birds made $8.3 million after featuring in 3,510 theatres, in the US to make it to number 4 on the box office chart. Last Vegas is number 3. A production of CBS, Last Vegas made $8.850 million after featuring in 3,237 theatres in the US alone to make it to number 3 on the box office chart.

At number 2 is the film The Best Man Holiday. A production of Universal Studios, The Best Man Holiday made $30.593 after making appearance in 2,024 cinemas in the US to make it to number 2 on the box office chart. And then the most sought after film at the box office during the week was Thor: The Dark World. A production of Buena Vista, Thor: The Dark World, made $38,454 million after an impressive showing in 3,841 theatres in the United States.

It will interest you to know that Thor: The Dark World was produced with $170 million yet it has made $146, 965 million in just two weeks at the Box Office.
