MOSCOW, Russia – Telegram administrator, Igor Khudyakov is now set to face public hearing for publication of sex photograph of female user of VKontakte at the Vologda City Court in Russia.
Igor Khudyakov was arrested April 23, 2020 in Volgograd and charged with illicit production and distribution of materials with sexual content by a group of people.
But in late May, Igor Khudyakov was placed in detention . In July, Khudyakov was released, following mitigation of charges against him.
But his lawyer, Maxim Pashkov told RAPSI that the trial will begin. According to the lawyer, expiry of the statute of limitations was only 27 days away.
According to Pashkov, the case was opened over publication of sex photos of a VKontakte female user in a closed chat.
Searches were conducted in Igor Khudyakov premises, after which Moscow police reported a new criminal case over porno peddling against Vladimir Vorontsov, the creator of the Police Ombudsman Telegram channel.
