Dr Chike Akunyili, the Husband to the former Director General of  National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) and Minister of information ,late Prof Dora Akunyili has been killed by gunmen at Nkpor in the Idemili North Local Government Area  of Anambra State.

ONITSHA, Anambra, Nigeria – Dr. Chike Akunyili, the husband of the late Director General of the National Food and Drugs Administration and Control, NAFDAC, Dr. Dora Akunyili is  dead.
