Global Director, Diaspora Innovation Institute & Professor of Public Policy and Administration—Medgar Evers College, City University of New York, Professor Byron E. Price, has called for more opportunities for African youths, nothing that closures of border in 45 out of 54 African countries has trapped many migrants in unsafe situations and forced others to take migration routes that are more dangerous
