    LAGOS, Nigeria – Wema Bank, Nigeria’s leading financial institution known for providing meaningful solutions for societal impact held the SARA by Wema SME Learning Series at the Wema Bank Purple Academy,  Ilupeju, Lagos.

    The event, which was very well received had in attendant specialists in their various areas of endeavours.

    Also present at the event are Oluwatosin Adesina, Product Owner, Gender Banking, Wema Bank; Abiola Nejo, Head Gender Banking & Workplace, Wema Bank and Jonathan Ikeolumba, Certified BDSP at Enterprise Development Centre at the SARA by Wema.

    Wema Bank is constantly creating avenues to enable it respond to the many challenges faced by SMEs in Nigeria.

    “We have found that most of the pressing problems SMEs face are born out of a lack of knowledge/information. Problems such as access to finance, access to market, dealing with tech disruptions, multiple taxation etc.’, says Wema Bank.
