LAGOS, Nigeria – Princess Olatorera Majekodunmi-Oniru has declared intentions to contest for National Assembly during the 2023 general election.
Young and agile, Princess Oniru believes there are not enough women representation in politics and believes that more women like herself are needed to create a Nigeria without corruption or where corruption is minimized to a tolerable level.
Princess Oniru wants more women representation in parliament in the South-West and the entire country in the quest to create a better Nigeria and has consequently accepted the challenge after being prompted by myriads of supporters to contribute to the progress of Nigeria.
Princess Olatorera Majekodunmi-Oniru lends her voice to anything that would lead to better country. During the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, the voices of many millions of Nigerian youths calling for a better country were heard worldwide.
“Great citizens of Nigeria want to minimize corruption, alleviate poverty, eliminate police brutality and attain better standards of living. Nigerians worldwide want a nation that is habitable and progressive for all citizens. Nigeria deserves democratic leaders and the best elected representatives in 2023 and beyond’, she said.
