LAGOS, Nigeria – Foremost industrialist and Chairman, Chief Executive Officer of Innoson Group of Companies, Chief Innocent Chukwuma and Nnewi traders in Anambra State have unanimously adopted the senator representing Anambra South at senate Senator Andy Ubah for re-election
The adoption was made yesterday , when the senator visited Chief Chukeurmeka at his Uru Umudim country home and Nkwo Nnewi market as well as the timber market that was gutted by fire not long ago to see the extent of reconstruction.
The traders Who were excited promised to vote for Ubah, Muhammadu Buhari for president and all the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates for the upcoming general elections.
After the traders encounter, Ubah with over 2,000 members of his entourage including coordinator of the visit and Deputy Governorship candidate in Anambra, 2017, Dozie Ikedife jnr visited the four quarters of Nnewi community where he was given a warm reception.
During the visit at his Uru Umudim country home, Chief Chuukwuma endorsed Ubah’s reelection to the Senate for continuity and for having been conversant with the workings of the Upper Chamber.
He appealed to his people to support Ubah through their votes and President Buhari in the forthcoming elections as well as other APC candidates.
Responding, Senator Ubah said he was overwhelmed by the outpour of support he received at the trip and begged for it to be translated to voting for his party massively during the elections.
He said he would be routing for Senate presidency which he revealed had been zoned to the South East. He promised to cause enough patronage to Innoson’s vehicles when he becomes the Senate President.
