UMUAHIA, Abia, Nigeria – The Vice President General II of Uturu Development Association (UDA), Comrade Uche Akaeme has expressed Ndi Uturu’s confident in the forthcoming supreme judgment between Dr. Uche Ogah and Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu on May 12, 2017 in Abuja.
Akaeme who holds the title of Odozie Abia in the state said Abians are deep in payers, asking God’s favour on the side of Dr. Uche Ogah at the Supreme Court next week Friday.
According to a press statement, he issued and made available to press in Lagos, Akaeme said that he was confident, just like many other progressive minded Abaians that Ogah will win at the Supreme Court. He said, the only way for Abia to move forward was for the state governance to change hands adding that God has decided do it in the life of the state through Ogah.
Akaeme said that the only available option to rejig the state for better performance is for Ogah to become the governor. According to him, the state has degenerated deplorably and badly and there is need for divine’s intervention to rescue the state and God has done it through the appointment of Ogah as the governor.
Akaeme said Uturians and Abians support for Ogah was traceable to the implicit confident people have in him as tested and trusted man who has brought smiles to the faces of many Abians. According to him, it is the belief of the majority of Uturians and Abians that the supreme court judgment will favour Ogah, and when it favours him, Abian will begin to rejoice and smile again .
“Majority of Abians and entire Uturu sons and daughters are totally in support of our dear Son Dr. Uche Ogah on the forthcoming Supreme Court judgment which will favour him. We, the Uturians all over the world and entire Abians have prayed , believing that God has answered our prayers as the only way to liberate Abians from clutches of brigands in the state. Abians must at this time pray hard for the Supreme Court judgment to favor the state with the best candidate and the people’s choice, Uche Ogah” he said
According to him, it is the belief of Uturians and Abians that Uche Ogah who is one of the greatest gift to the state in the recent time becomes the governor.
“Abians loved him and he is our beloved son, we loved him just as the Abians loved him too. He has shown what leadership is all about. In one of his statements, he said if you can’t help the poor, at least don’t hurt them but in the case of Abia State, the leadership are punishing Abians and hurting the people of Abia State with great impunity. No infrastructural development and no salaries for workers and yet Abia is christened God’s Own State” he lamented.
Akame said God has ordained Uche Ogah to be the governor of Abia state and there is nothing any evil man or woman can do to stop what God has ordained in one’s life .
He said Abia is christen God’s own state but what the people have been witnessing in the state in the recent years are disasters and pains and he urged all reasonable Abians to pray very hard for the state to rejoice and smile .
He said Dr. Ogah’s campaign slogan was Abians rejoice and this is time for the entire Abians to rejoice and we must raise up in prayers and rejoice with Uche Ogah comes May 12 ,2017. PowerHe said, on 12 May, God will certainly reclaim the glory of Abians by His power and install the just and the right man in the position to leap jump Abia to greatness.
