ABUJA, Nigeria – Adaobi Alagwu, the former lover of former Managing Director of Skye Bank, Tunde Ayeni has practically said ‘I die here’ in this relationship. She is refusing to let go after enjoying N5million monthly stipend for a period of time.
She is also alleged to have trapped Tunde Ayeni by alleging that he remains the bonafide father of her only daughter, which he now sees as blackmail.
Ayeni who has now sought assistance of a Customary Court Dawaki, Abuja to reclaim the N400 million property he bought for the girl told the court that he now being blackmailed by the girl after he stopped the N5 million monthly stipend to remain in love.
In his suit, marked FCT/CC/CV/DKDK, Ayeni wants the court to declare that he is not the biological father of Alagwu’s daughter and that there was no marriage between them apart from living together as lovers.
Ayeni who testified in court claimed that Alagwu was unwilling to to let go of the relationship due to the lavish financial benefits she enjoyed over the years.
He told the court that while they were together, he provided her with a luxurious home and a substantial allowance but has since cut off financial support, leading to tensions between them.
Meanwhile, there are reports that Adaobi’s parents have returned dowry Tunde Ayeni allegedly paid to have her following the paternity impasse that has engulfed the relationship between the once made in heaven lovebirds.
