LAGOS, Nigeria – A-list Nollywood stars comprising Kate Henshaw, Zach Orji, Hanks Anuku, Zubi Enebeli and Psquare have collectively endorsed candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi in Lagos stressing that has what it takes to create the Nigeria of our dream if he is elected President.
They all endorsed Peter Obi during a meeting with Entertainment stars in Lagos. Speaking on the candidate of Peter Obi, Kate Henshaw described him as a honest individual that does not see himself as the messiah but wants to identify with the masses hence the logo of the LP, a father, mother and a child.
He described Peter Obi as a brilliant and intelligent individual who does not shy away from speaking to people individual or as a group in any public forum.
He described Labour Party as a strong contender that should not be ignored ahead of the February 25, 2023 presidential election.
Also speaking, Paul Okoye sees Peter Obi as a bridge between the old and the new, adding that if Peter Obi is elected, gradually there will be a time when Nigerians, 45 and below will be elected president of Nigeria.
He said for the first time, Nigerians are ready to vote out anybody who is not performing. He said Peter Obi remains the only one Nigerian youths listen to because he speaks to the youths and represents what Nigerian youths want this country to be.
Angela Okorie said entertainers are behind Peter Obi because he is sound adding that Nigerians want change.
Also speaking at the event, Mr.Peter Obi told the gathering that he and his running mate, Datti Ahmed should be held responsible for what ever happens if elected President of Nigeria.
