    GAZA, Palestine – Not less than 40 Palestinians have been killed by the Israeli Defence Forces, IDF in the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian Ministry of Health has said.

    According to the ministry, one of the 40 Palestinians was recovered from the rubble while 208 injured others have been moved to hospitals in Gaza.

    The ministry added 27 Palestinians waiting to collect food from the American-Israeli Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, GAF were killed when IDF soldiers opened fire on them.

    The ministry noted that 168 others sustained injuries during the massacre.

    Forty “40 martyrs (including 1 recovered martyr) and 208 injuries arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals over the past 24 hours”, the ministry said and that a number of victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, unable to be reached by ambulance and civil defense crews.

    The ministry said the martyrdom toll from the “israeli” aggression has risen to 54,510 martyrs and 124,901 injuries since October 7, 2023.

    “The martyrdom toll and injuries since March 18, 2025 has reached 4,240 martyrs and 12,860 injuries.

    “The toll that reached hospitals from the occupation’s massacre of citizens waiting for aid in the areas designated for distribution this morning: 27 martyrs and more than 161 injuries, including very serious cases”, it said.
