Say 2023 election is not about religion but character and accountability!

KANO, Nigeria – Islamic Preachers in Northern Nigeria have collectively endorsed the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi for President.
The clerics who addressed a press conference in Kano said the 2023 Presidential election is not about religion, but about character and accountability.
They said Peter Obi remains the best candidate of all the 18 candidates vying for the position in the February 15, 2023 general election.
Speaking at a press conference in Kano, Sheik AbdulKadir Sadiq the Islamic Preachers are unanimous endorsing candidate of the Labour Party.
“We in unity stand before you today to endorse the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi. We have the policy documents of all the candidates and we have come to the conclusion that Mr. Peter Obi is the best for our nation.
Another preacher and coordinator of the programme, Hafizu Bello said the Islamic Preachers are not just from Kano but from the whole of Northern Nigeria.
Also speaking, Musa Shehu Annanu(ALARAMMA) said the 2023 general election is not about religion.
“We just focused on character and accountability, all these behaviours we have found in Peter Obi, hence we Islamic Preachers, Northwest and Northeast are here to endorse Peter Obi for President in 2023.
They urged Nigerians to open their eyes wide and vote for the right candidate.
