TEHRAN has launched a massive, multi-front military assault dubbed “True Promise 4,” claiming to have struck over 55 locations across the Middle East—including five U.S. military bases and the heart of Israel.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the “70th wave” of the operation in the early hours of this morning, sending shockwaves through global capitals.
Using the rallying cry “Allahu Akbar,” Tehran officials stated the escalation marks a “new phase” in regional power, timed to coincide with the approach of the Muslim holiday Eid al-Fitr.
In a direct challenge to the West, the IRGC claims to have successfully targeted the U.S. Fifth Fleet and four major airbases:
Al-Kharj and Al Dhafra (UAE/Saudi region)
Ali Al Salem (Kuwait)
Erbil (Iraq)
Tehran’s sophisticated Qiam and Emad missile systems, alongside swarms of offensive drones, were reportedly used to swarm American defenses in what the IRGC calls an “escalating trajectory of military pressure.”
The barrage didn’t stop at military outposts. The IRGC confirmed they unleashed Khorramshahr-4 and Ghadr multi-warhead missiles on Israeli population centers.
Explosions and smoke plumes have been reported near Tel Aviv and Haifa, with specific strikes aimed at:
Hadera and Kiryat Ono
Savion and Ben Ami
The IRGC bragged that the damage “exceeded enemy expectations,” warning that they are now in a permanent “offensive strategy” to hit the source of any aggression against Iranian soil.
Background: A Region on the Brink
This latest escalation, “True Promise 4,” follows a series of tit-for-tat strikes between Iran and the West over the last several years.
The name refers to the original “True Promise” operation launched in April 2024, which saw the first-ever direct Iranian drone and missile attack on Israeli territory.
Commemoration: Iran claims these strikes are “justice” for fallen military advisors killed in previous Israeli or Western surgical strikes.
Religious Symbolism: Launching the attack ahead of Eid al-Fitr is a calculated move to galvanize regional support and project strength during a holy period.
Technological Leap: The use of the Khorramshahr-4—a liquid-propellant ballistic missile with a range of 2,000\text{ km}—indicates Tehran is now willing to use its most advanced “city-buster” weaponry.
”The IRGC is fully prepared to enter this phase of confrontation,” a spokesperson warned. “Any further aggression will be met with even greater force.”
