GAZA, Palestine – The Islamic Resistant Movement, Hamas has killed an Israeli soldier of the rank of major in the battle over Gaza City.
The affected soldier is Major Shahar Netanel Bozaglo, the Israeli Defence Forces, IDF has announced.
According to IDF, Major Bozaglo was until his death a company commander in the Amoured Corps 77th Battalion, 7th Brigade.
He is from Midgal Haemek.
IDF said his family has been informed.
Major Shahar according to eye witness account was killed when the resistant was forces detonated an explosive device on the Amoured Personnel Carrier, APC conveying him.
