    Five more Palestinians die from famine taking total deaths from malnutrition in Gaza to 387

    GAZA, Palestine – Five more Palestinians have died from famine in Gaza, bringing the total death toll from malnutrition to 387.

    Out of the 387 people that have died from malnutrition, 138 of them are children, the Ministry of Health in Palestine has announced.

    It added that since the IPC declaration, 109 deaths have been recorded including 23 children.

    The ministry explained that 87 people (including 4 others were retrieved from under rubble, and that 409 new injuries have arrived the Gaza Strip hospitals in the past 24 hours.

    It added that that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them until now.

    It explained that the toll of the “israeli” aggression has risen to 64,368 martyrs and 162,776 injuries since October 7, 2023.

    In addition the toll of martyrs and injuries from March 18, 2025, until today has reached 11,911 martyrs and 50,735 injuries.

    The ministry explained that the number of martyrs from aid distribution who arrived at hospitals in the past 24 hours is 31 and 132 injuries, raising the total number of Palestinians killed looking for food near the GHF to 2,416 while more than 17,709 others were injured.
